We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We'll work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
